Manchester's Young Practitioners in Architecture

M’YPA consists of dedicated members with an enthusiasm to look beyond the boundary of general practice. Manchester’s Young Practitioners in Architecture, is a non-profit volunteer group of people incorporating Architects, Architectural Assistants and students alike. Our aim is to enhance the image and promote the recognition of young talent in the Manchester Arts and Architectural scenes through networking, talks, exhibitions, competitions, study trips, socialising and much more.

M'YPA were formed in November 2005 and since have been involved in a number of successful projects, including an architectural competition, ’to the power of 10’, and 'Beauty and the beast ..... +7’ a photography exhibition about Architecture Sans Frontiers workshop based in Thailand that several members attended.

M`YPA 2009 first event "30/30 First and lasting Impression of Istanbul" took place on 05.02.09 at Carver`s Warehouse and was kindly sponsored by Capper Interiors Ltd.
