Martin Percox  - SPG Delegate

Trained at Manchester College of Art and Design from 1969. Practicing architect since 1976 with some teaching experience of architecture and urban design small and large local & National Government commissions including conservation and military projects. Established own Practice in 1996 dealing mainly with domestic scale new build and improvements. The practice offers; Construction management, Legal advice, Special conservation advice, Low to zero energy design and UK Industry consultation. Former government SCA (Specialist Conservation Advisor) with the PSA (Property Services Agency), and Treasurer of the RIBANW Conservation Group: Member of SPAB (Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings), and the National Trust. Currently (2011-12) Chairman of the RIBANW SPG (Solo Practice Group).
